❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Answers sourced from official customer support and FAQ pages.

Which DTC brand on CouponBot has the highest discount right now?

We do not rank brands by discount size, because every code is verified at checkout before it is listed and the live figure moves weekly. Discounts vary by season — winter sales (Nov-Jan) and Earth Day (April) typically offer the deepest discounts across our 894+ brands. Check individual brand pages for real-time active codes.

How much can I save by subscribing vs buying one-time from sustainable brands?

Most sustainable DTC brands offer 15-20% savings through subscription models compared to one-time purchases. For example, Who Gives A Crap bamboo toilet paper saves 20% with subscribe-and-save, Blueland cleaning tablets save 15% on recurring orders, and Pact organic basics offers 10% off subscription. Combining subscription discounts with first-order welcome codes (typically 10-20% off) maximizes savings.

What makes CouponBot different from other coupon sites like RetailMeNot or CouponFollow?

CouponBot focuses exclusively on vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable DTC brands — over 894 brands across 23 categories. Every code is sourced directly from brand websites rather than user submissions, reducing expired code risk. Each coupon shows found_date so you can assess freshness, and expired codes are removed within 48 hours. Our brand pages include detailed brand information, founder stories, and sustainability credentials that other coupon sites skip.

What are DTC brands?

DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands sell directly to customers online, cutting out retail middlemen. This means better prices, higher quality, and unique products you will not find in stores.

Are these coupon codes verified?

Yes, all coupon codes on CouponBot are sourced directly from brand websites. We verify them regularly, but recommend testing the code at checkout before completing your purchase.

How do I use a coupon code?

Click the coupon code button to copy it, then paste the code at checkout on the brand website. Most codes require an email signup to activate.

Do you offer coupon codes for non-vegan products?

We focus on vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable brands. Our brands across 20-plus categories are carefully selected to align with ethical and eco-conscious values.

How often are coupons updated?

We check brand websites regularly for new offers and remove expired codes. Check the Last Checked date on each page to see freshness.

Can I get a refund if a coupon does not work?

CouponBot is a free reference site. We recommend trying another code from our list or checking the brand current promotions directly.

What is the best way to save on eco-friendly brands?

Start by signing up for email newsletters. Most DTC sustainable brands offer 10-20% off your first order just for subscribing. Check our coupon pages for the latest verified codes before you checkout.

Do sustainable brands cost more than regular brands?

Not necessarily. While some sustainable brands have higher upfront costs due to ethical materials, many offer subscription discounts, bundle deals, and seasonal sales. Our coupon codes help bridge the gap.

How can I find coupons for vegan beauty products?

Browse our vegan beauty category page for brands like Rare Beauty, Kosas, Tower 28, and Herbivore. Each brand page lists all active coupon codes with expiration dates so you can pick the best deal.

Do you have promo codes for eco-friendly home products?

Yes, we cover home brands like Blueland, Pela, Who Gives A Crap, and Meliora. Check their brand pages for current codes. Most offer first-order discounts between 10-25% off.

What sustainable fashion brands have the best deals?

Allbirds, Veja, Patagonia, and Pact frequently offer sitewide promotions. Allbirds runs seasonal sales up to 30% off, Veja has new-arrival discounts, and Pact offers subscribe-and-save options.

How do I know if a coupon code is still valid?

Each coupon on CouponBot shows its found date and expiry date. We regularly check and remove expired codes. For the freshest deals, check our recently added coupons section.

When is the best time to shop for deals?

Deal timing follows the retail calendar. Back-to-school season (August-September) brings tech and office-supply discounts, Earth Day (April) is the biggest sustainable-brand sale of the year with 25-40% off, and Black Friday through Cyber Monday (late November) is the deepest discount window of the year across most DTC brands. Signing up for brand newsletters (10-20% first-order codes) works year-round. CouponBot checks brand websites daily, so the newest active codes are always listed at the top of each brand page.
